The "HITTING HOT" teaching system is a comprehensive approach to learning to play tennis well.
Hitting Hot teaches a complete understanding of how to play from all positions, in all game situation, both offensively and defensively.
Learning, enjoyment and sportsmanship provide the
cornerstone of our program. Proper etiquette,
sportsmanship, physical fitness, and rules of the
game are emphasized at all levels. Ages 3 - 18.

FUTURE TEAMS
A comprehensive introduction of the true fundamentals and basic stroke. Techniques in a fun and challenging environment, combining skill building with in a modified team oriented format. Players should be new or relatively new to the game or in need of additional skill builing focus

Satellite Team
Refining swing paths, developing patience and shot tolerance, ball control, compete comfor hittiing, and playing from all parts of the court are the important skills learned. The introduction to play through modified play format is expanded as players skills improve

Varsity Team
Continued emphasis on using proper technique remains a high priority. Additional emphasis on developing a personal playing style, patterns of play, making good strategic and tactical decision, playing defensively, playing effective doubles, and the introduction of mental skills training round out a robust curriculum. Athletes should have goals related to playing high school varsity team and perhaps beyond

ACE (Althleus Competitive Excellence)
Our Professional staff will focus on developing offensive weapons and playing against various playing styles effectively. The Altheus Tennis physical assessment and rigorous athletic training are key elements of A.C.E Athletic development oversight and curriculum implementation provided but Rick Ferman, Director, Altheus Tennis Academy. Participation in sanctioned competition will be encouraged as an integral part of developing a high level of skill in competitive tennis.
