No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced. In lieu of a refund, program credit (which can be applied to other club programming or future purchases) will be issued. Advanced deposits paid will be refundable through August 1, 2009.

All fees for instruction must be paid in advance and in full. No payment plans will be accepted. Registration will only be accepted for the full 35 week program. If space permits once the season has commenced, pro-rated participation may be accommodated.

Due to liability and safety concerns, no one other than the student will be permitted on the court during junior lessons. Whenever possible, junior court assignments will periodically be rotated to assure that parents may view from the observation windows.

Students can make up to four (4) missed classes. Make up classes will be held December 28th-30th and May 18th-21st. When available, make up classes may also be scheduled sporadically over the course of the 35 week program. You must speak directly with Junior Program Coordinator, Greg Weyant, to schedule any and all make up lessons.

Sometimes, circumstances arise which may prevent the assigned professional from continuing his/her employment with the club. In these situations, the club reserves the right to substitute tennis instructors for the junior program. This may happen with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances and such an event will not result in a refund.

No black soled shoes will be permitted on the tennis courts. Proper tennis footwear must be worn at all times. Players without proper footwear will not be permitted to play.

Proper etiquette and sportsmanship is expected. No food, chewing gum, or beverages other than water will be permitted on the tennis courts. |

All students must participate in tennis ball pick up during and at the end of each lesson. Students who do not assist in tennis ball pick up may be asked to sit out of the following activity. Classes will end five (5) minutes early to allow for the court to be cleared so as to not affect the day’s schedule.
