Cardio Tennis is a great and healthy workout for people of all ages and abilities. Join our fun tennis programs that will improve your fitness and cardio levels!

Heart pumping tennis drills and thrills! Exercise to the beat of the game and improve your tennis at the same time. Participants consistently elevate their heart rates into their aerobic training zone through unique drills using targets, balls and music.

Cardio Tennis is much more fun than working out on a machine or gym. You get short cycles of high intensity workouts and periods of rest, almost like interval training.

It is an upbeat, group activity where players of all abilities enjoy tennis together. While you are playing tennis, the focus is primarily on getting a great workout. You naturally improve your game because you hit so many balls and repeat various shots.
