Diego Arzaluz

Professional

Diego holds certifications in Safe Play and CPR. He completed his undergraduate studies at South Carolina State University, where he competed at the NCAA Division I level, winning the MEAC Championship twice (2021, 2022) and earning All MEAC First Team in both years. He also participated twice in the NCAA DI tournament.

He later pursued his graduate studies at Limestone University, competing at the NCAA Division II level, where he played #1 singles, achieved a national singles ranking of #59, and reached his highest UTR of 12.01. In his junior career, Diego was ranked #2 in Mexico for U16 and #1 for U18.

Diego began teaching tennis at his local club in Mexico at the age of 16 and continued coaching throughout his college years at clubs like Easton Racquet Club, Old Oaks Country Club, and Richmond County Country Club.

His teaching style emphasizes intensity and live ball drills, focusing on patterns and point situations. He mainly focuses on developing tactical skills, strategy, decision-making, footwork, and balance.
